Truly disappointing experience. Bought the single induction cooker plate less than a year ago. Have used it sparingly as a reserve. Went to place a pot on the stove, and the entire glass surface fractured into minute pieces. Been advised by an engineer that this reaction is typically due to internal stresses, and likely a defect. Approached SnappyChef under the 24 month warranty, their response was 'Not our problem'. Turns out their warranty is hollow; covers virtually nothing.

If I could, I would give 'Zero' stars.
