THE BEST Service Experience Ever!!

Absolutely great service from beginning to end. I bought a Samsung Z Flip 6 512GB in Nov 2024. In Feb 2025 the screen became faulty as the touch response would no longer work. I contacted Kerry from Snapcraze and she immediately arranged for a courier to pick up the device and have it booked in with Samsung. They examined and tested the phone and declared that the device needs to be replaced. The service I have received from Snapcraze is nothing short of incredible. The moment that phone gets answered you feel that you as the client matter.
