I recently used Snapcraze to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and overall I had a very good experience. I placed my order on 1 September and received the phone on 3 September, so the turnaround time was excellent. I did have a few concerns after placing the order, especially since I paid via direct EFT, which can naturally feel a bit daunting when buying an expensive device online. However, I contacted their support team through the live chat and didn't even need to make a phone call. Every concern I raised was handled quickly and with care, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. The phone itself is 100% genuine from what I can tell. There were a few UAE-region settings I had to sort out initially, but once that was done, the phone has been working perfectly and I am extremely happy with it. One thing I would mention is not to expect constant updates regarding your order. There may be periods where you don't hear anything, but based on my experience, there is no reason to panic. My order was clearly being attended to behind the scenes, and the quick delivery proved that. The combination of fast delivery, responsive support and a genuine device made the experience worthwhile. I will definitely be buying more devices from Snapcraze in the future.

I have a purchase cell phone on the 06 of July 2026 . 5 days later the order is still processing. Utterly disappointed. This was my second purchase. Do not think I will be buying from you guys again not even recommend you. Maybe a refund will be my last resort.

Openness and honesty
I have to be honest; I was so reluctant to purchase the phone online. I also decided to read the online reviews before I could proceed with the purchase. The reviews are good nonetheless I was still nervous about it and a lot of what if s were crossing through my mind. I went ahead and placed the order and today I received my phone. I felt so much relief. I'm very happy. I'm also happy with their communication as well. They stand on their word. I would recommend other people to buy from them.

Excellent Service!!!
