Terrible service

Before I purchased at snapecraze I looked at their reviews annd saw only good ones. Sadly I have to say that I did not have the same result. Their deliveries are at an awsome rate and when detected a problem they were quick to follow up, but as the problem became worse as we could not switch on the brand new computer we tried to get hold ogf them again to no avail. The next day after hunting Kerry down she arranged for the laptop to be picked up again on the 1st of April and would give me feedback after the long weekend. On the 12th I contacted her again and she promised to communicate with me within 5 to 10 minutes. After a few hours I treid to call again and only got voicemail. Now the phone only goes to voice mail and no way to contact kerry or snapcraze as their voicemail all gets redirected to her.
