Snapcraze delivered, where Powerbite *****s.
As promised, here is my review of Snapcraze.
After the disaster that was Powerbite *****ing my money, I was of course skeptical of ordering from a website that looks almost identical in every way.
There is a difference though, Snapcraze has been around for years, and although their social media is in a state and would make anyone nervous, I decided to take another chance after reading the reviews on Hellopeter.
After searching on Facebook and MyBroadband and seeing them being active, I placed and order on the 16th of August and really dogged them on live chat for updates. They were extremely attentive and even gave me the option to pick a colour that was in stock.
They managed to get the colour I wanted, sent directly from their distributor, provided the tracking number on that same afternoon and advised delivery on the 18th.
Sure enough, it was delivered to me early on the 18th after 11AM.
Thank you for such an honest review J. We sincerely apologize for your previous experience with the other store mentioned above. In general; we would like to caution others to avoid paying any online store that has a delivery ETA exceeding 3 Business days. This general rule of thumb for online shopping is highly beneficial for customers & minimizes your risk greatly!
