Price Increase Shock

Been waiting months for Black Friday & today they put up their prices by between R1500 & R1000. Very disappointed in how they can do that 😢

Good day Murray,

Can you kindly confirm the item you’re referring to?

In addition to international stock shortages, are you aware that Snapcraze is a flash sale WHOLESALER & not a retailer of Smartphones? This means that our prices fluctuate regularly according to the volume of stock we receive ie. If we receive a large volume of stock our cost per unit on the model is lower hence a lower selling price & if we receive a smaller quantity of stock our cost per unit is higher hence the higher listing price 🙂

This benefits our customers all year round as we NEVER sell items at full retail prices - they are constantly available on revolving flash sales Throughout the year. For eg. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra launched at R25999 & is now R30000 at RETAIL STORES due to international stock shortages, OUR price at Snapcraze has increased to R20999 on sale - which is a R9000 SAVING when you purchase from us🙂

Due to the competitive nature of our pricing & how frequently stock is replenished we always encourage prospective customers to place their order the moment they see an item listed at a good price - waiting to see if the price drops is a gamble that doesn’t always pay off unfortunately. It’s always best to take advantage of the deal when you see it.

We’re sorry to hear that you lost out on a good deal & perhaps we can assist you by notifying you once the item you wanted in is available at a price you were previously interested in? If so please provide your contact number & we’ll be happy to assist you.

Have an awesome day further! 🥳

Kind Regards,

The Snapcraze team
