Phone without headset/ incomplete order
Ordered phone . It was delivered on time as committed but with no Headsets. We immediately sent an email stating that the headsets were removed from the pack. No response, acknowledgement...it just went dead.

Both Samsung & Apple devices no longer come with a headset or charger adapter. This is common knowledge.
For 2 years now boxes are slimmer and contain the device, charging cable & Sim ejector pin. This is the same worldwide & directly from the manufacturer (Apple & Samsung) - it is not unique to Snapcraze or any store & this is stated on our website in the product description & is communicated with our valued customers by our sales team.
