I'm so glad I found these guys ! Best service I've had in years

I can't remember the last time I've had such good service, from beginning to end.

I was very hesitant to use them to buy a Samsung Z Fold 3 because the price was considerably and suspiciously lower than other vendors, and because I hadn't heard of them before. I was also a bit hesitant because I see that all (or virtually all) of the reviews on Hellopeter are good - which is unusual. I found a forum on mybroadband dedicated to investigating the legitimacy of this store, which was very instructive, and I took the plunge this morning, based on that due diligence over the past 2 days.

I really am glad I did. I made the order at 9.30am as a same-day delivery and I had the phone in my hand at 6pm (which was in fact a few hours later than expected because I put the order in slightly too late!). They even arranged for a non-courier to deliver the phone to my door to keep to their commitment of same-day delivery.

I am overwhelmed with the friendly and professional service (from Ashleigh and Kerry). I'll definitely recommend them to others and use them again. It's so refreshing to be able to post a positive review and happy ending on this site!
