Great pricing, customer service and quick delivery

Their pricing on new iPhone was by far the best. Great customer service. Very quick delivery.

I originally ordered from them iPhone 15, but I didn’t realise it was marked as out of stock and was back ordered specially for me. When realising this I have asked to upgrade to iPhone 16 as they had it in stock.

As per their policy, in case of back order is placed and shipped a 10% return fee was supposed to be paid. That made it not worth the upgrade for me. But the lady that was dealing with me ( I think her name was Kerry) has managed somehow to convince management to waive return fee. I genuinely didn’t expect that. I was ok with keeping my original order. But they went way beyond to have an extremely happy customer. Highly recommend!
