Awesome Service - Snapcraze

I contacted Snapcraze on the 17th August, after much debate about not being able to walk into a store to conclude a purchase, I placed my order on the 18th August. I did not realize the color chosen was on back order, and waited for delivery, on contacting Kerry, I was advised on the back order status. Kerry then offered another color, duly accepted, on the 19th August. Delivery was scheduled for Friday the 20th August, before 12h00. To my ultimate surprise, the phone was delivered at 07h48, pleasantly surprised I might add. This morning, the 23rd August, I check my emails, and to my ultimate surprise, there is an email from the team, stating a set of earphones (which I mentioned to Kerry about for my existing phone) will be delivered. I had not even finished reading the mail, when the delivery guy was at my door to deliver.
