Awesome Online Store that's highly efficient and the staff are incredible.

I must be honest, I was a bit sceptical about ordering online from this company as I had never seen their name before and neither do I know anyone who has ever placed an order with them, however their amazing deals on devices were to good to be look passed but it felt to good to be true.

Anyway I did research and saw great reviews from other verified users that ordered from this company and I was rather impressed reading them.

I took the risk and placed an order with them for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I immediately received an email that confirmed my order but also gave them a call to confirm that all was in order.

Unfortunately I was unable to reach them telephonically or via their online chat platform and started to panic.

Fortunately a sweet and super friendly lady Kelly called me to confirm my order and apologized for everything. She mentioned that their lines were extremely busy with the sudden influx of calls that they received.

I received a call from her at 7pm and she really put my mind at ease after my panic session struggling to get through to anyone.

She assured me that I needn't to worry any further and that I'd receive my order within two days.

My device arrived early morning two days after placing my order and it was delivered by the courier guy.

I must say this company is incredible, the staff are extremely friendly, the service is impeccable and efficient, better than my frequent TakeALot orders.

I am definitely a happy customer and I am loving my new device. Thank you Kelly for your superb customer service.
