Best customer service experience EVER

As a marketing tool our company decided to send our customers bulk SMS's, with detailed information, festive greetings etc. Due to the fact that it was nearly impossible to do it through one of the major service providers, I tried to find another provider of this service online and luckily found [URL Removed] <br> I must admit, I initially struggled to get it right, and this coupled with my recent struggle with the major service provider had left me super frustrated. Actually, I only saw RED!!! I then got hold of the founder. What a fantastic experience!!! Super fast and efficient service as well as a great attitude.
