Premier took back stale products and didnt reimburse me.

I contacted Premier foods about 2 boxes of stale purity cereal I had just purchased. The best before date was January and February respectively. Yet the cereal had a bad odor and tasted stale. The cereals were picked up and I received a R20 voucher of Purity. Firstly, R20 is not even enough to purchase one box of purity cereal. Secondly, I dont want purity cereal anymore. I cannot trust this product for my small baby.

All I wanted was to be reimbursed the amount I spent or a voucher that I could buy other products besides the purity cereal. The money I spent might not seem like much to someone else but I work hard for it, times are tough and it's my money.
