Premier FMCG

I bought a product which was not up to spec and contacted Premier. I immediately received a reply and today a call thanking me for my email and I was told that they will follow this through with their quality control etc. I am impressed as I did not receive any feedback and to my surprise they sent me a goodwill voucher.
