No response to emails sent

I have wriiten numerous emails with regards to bread that has been purchased on more than one occassion with huge holes in them. To date I have yet to receive any communication after the 14 days as promised by your customer care consultant. To say that the service is shocking is putting it mildly!!! Please see email trail....

1.)Good day 24/03/2016

As a consumer I regularly purchase Blue Ribbon white bread on an almost daily basis.
So you can imagine my surprise when 4 slices in the rest of the loaf had huge holes in. I left it as this happens at times even though I was annoyed. When you have 3 kids at home wanting a sandwich it is a bit difficult to spread jam or syrup with a huge hole in the middle.

Lo and behold the very next loaf I opened had holes in the bread as well!!!!
One loaf is excusable, though not really as I paid for a full loaf of bread, but for the very next loaf to have holes as well???

Seriously that is not on!

Two loaves of bread that was actually wasted as sandwiches could not be made.

I have attached a pic for you..

2) Good day 21/04/2016

An email was sent by regarding holes in the bread that I had purchased.
I received a call from a very friendly lady to obtain the batch number and expiry date of the bread purchased. She then told me that I would receive a follow up call which I am still waiting for.

Now as luck would have it another bread I have purchased has holes in it as well!!!
Surely the bread is weighed before it is sent anywhere?? Are there no control measures in place??

The batch number for this loaf is
BCT***/A5
Expiry Date 23/04/16
Blue Ribbon sliced white bread - lunch box ready slices

A follow up phone call would be appreciated for my email sent on the 24/03 as well as for this email sent.

3) Good day

Please refer to my email dated the 24/03/2016 as well as the email dated the 21/04/2016

I was told that I had to wait 14 days for the matter to be resolved?? It's been more than a month since my 1st complaint!!

These 2 emails describe 2 separate incidents that have occurred yet I received the same reference number via sms for both incidents, should they not have been different?

*** 122 300

To top it off it has happened for a 3rd time last week where I bought a loaf of bread and there were once again holes in it!!!!!!!!
Blue Ribbon Toaster White Bread
Expiry date: 04/05/2016
Batch Number: BCT***/A5

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THESE ARE 3 SEPARATE INCIDENTS, DIFFERENT BATCH NUMBERS, DIFFERENT LOAVES OF BREAD

In other words, 3 complaints for 3 separate incidents.

A very friendly lady by the name of Liesel called to apologise. My complaint has been logged once again and I was promised that I would receive "Y Codes" via sms, if I recall the name correctly, which is a type of electronic voucher. Will wait to see how long that takes. Will update Hello Peter as soon as I've received it.
