My experience being undermined and badly treated by Premier FMCG Truck delivery drivers.
My name is Sandisizwe Mkhwa****, a young entrepreneur from KZN, in Emkhoma. I am utterly disappointed at the treatment i have received and it's of great concern because it might be happening to other people.
I run a tuckshop at home and I was given two contact details from the offices to call in order to acquire stock. To my surprise, the driver of the bakery blocked my number on whatsapp and the other man who works with him in the truck doesn't answer promptly. I am getting this treatment because they say they can't access the road to my tuckshop. But the road to where i live is frequently used by department of education, department of health and other commuters.
I am of the view that i am getting this treatment because i am young and an upcoming business. And i am being undermined because of an assumption of the scale of my operation. I pleade with Premier to address the issue of their drivers giving us young entrepreneurs a hard time like this, i ask that action be taken against the driver who keeps purporting the idea that the road to my tuckshop is bad.
And if an assessment needs to be made of the road, i would gladly assist in showing the road to my tuckshop and i will provide evidence of the mentioned incident where i was blocked and ignored intentionally.
