Maggots in Ace Maize Meal and White Star maize meal from Premier Foods

We purchased two different maize meal brands in the past three months and in both instance maggots were found. Ace maize meal in April matter was reported to the store and Premier FMCG Ref TB*** And now in June, White Star maize meal Ref SG 21-06-376. Why are you not following up on ROTTEN products being sold to us ?
