I'm very disappointed with such company

I wrote to this company last may it's now been a year . I got contaminated food 12,5 kg iwisa then I was told that it's not their fault however they will compensate with 500 even today I haven't received anything from The trainer that we went through with my kids they don't care about it yet it's their product
