Golden cloud mix ,it has spider webs in them.

I purchased several packages of golden cloud mixes. From.spar

Later in the week we took it out to bake for my daughters birthday but we found that there were webs inside all the pacakages.

I contacted the call center and I have received no help The guys name is Christopher he always says he will call back its now been two months I havent received my refund nor a compensation.

I think that products sold to the public should be sold only of they have good ingredients.

It is sad that we buy things that are overly priced at stores and never reimbursed if there is something wrong with the products. We should always contact the supplier which is so unfair due to the fact that its a cat race when trying to get a refund.

At the end of the day if something is wrong with your product dont shelve it because its easy for customers to.buy it and support you but it is complete hopelessness for customers when they want a refund with your contaminated products.
