disgusting taste of milk bottle sweets!!!

i am not impressed with the way your company handles complaints,

on the 29th i bought manhattan milk bottles from Pick n Pay in Woodmead with Batch details as follows

i provided images on my e-mail dated 29 Jul 2021 i was complaining about the milk bottle sweets that are rubber no taste and sooo hard to chew, this is not my first time eating these sweets so i know what they taste like.

i had to throw away most of them waste of my money, i told you on the e-mail that i want replacement of the sweets i bought but could not enjoy. i bought sweets to eat not a voucher or anything. i want these sweets replaced, i even kept a few of them if you needed them for testing.
