Bread start forming mold a day before expiry date
<p>We purchase bread on a weekly basis and freeze some of the loaves. I have noticed recently that the bread will start forming mold a day before the expiry date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm used to bread that will last a day or two after it's expiry date and even longer when frozen.</p> <p> </p> <p>What has happened to the quality?</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so putten off that I don't want to eat bread ever again.</p>
