Blue Ribbon Bread Ripp Off

I am very disappointed in the Blue Ribbon Bread brand. In a matter of a month this happened to me twice. First with the Toaster White Bread, then with the normal white sliced. When you take the first slice of bread off, I found a bog hole in the bread which goes through half of the loaf of bread. I have pictures to show. This is very disappointing when preparing lunch for my family for the next day and realize that half of your bread is missing. This is poor quality. Now I have to get up and go buy another loaf of bread just to make sure that everyone has lunch. This is a waste of my time and not to mention money. Very angry and disappointing. Really unhappy customer. Don't you guys have quality check or don't you just care? It says on the package that its 700g but clearly it's not. Is this kind of product you pride yourself by?
