Big holes in bread slices
I have enjoyed Blue Ribbon classic white bread for a very, very long time. For a while now I have noticed that the loaves contain many slices with big holes in them (air pockets while baking I assume). I wrote to customer care of Premier FMCG regarding the issue inquiring as to whether their formula had changed but I received no response from them. I forwarded an updated email to them with additional photos of slices from new loaves of bread I had bought which were still not properly baked, but again I got no response. Then I forwarded the email to cs at blue ribbon foods and once again received absolutely no response. Why even bother having customer service email addresses if you not going to respond to compaints?
