Bad bread, terrible customer care

Purchased SASKO bread at PnP Hutten Heights, Newcastle on 3 June 2023, the expiry date was 8 June 2023. I stored it in a sealed airtight container. When wanting to use it for lunches on 5 June 2023 it was extremely dry, stale like texture and hard on the edges. I logged a complaint via e-mail with photos of till slip and packaging and still waiting feed back. Monday 5 June 2023 I purchased SASKO bread again, again the same story, dry and hard around the edges. I have wasted my money buying poor quality bread at top quality prices. It seems they are repackaging old unsold bread.
