Overpromised, underdelivered and completely unreliable

My experience with Smiths Motorsport was extremely disappointing.

After paying them and waiting a year and a half, I eventually had to make the difficult decision to collect my vehicle unfinished and have it repaired elsewhere.

Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor. Commitments were repeatedly missed, and I was constantly given excuses and assurances that proved untrue. In my experience, they consistently overpromised, underdelivered and misled me about the progress of my vehicle. Parts they claimed they replaced where never replaced - The parts that were replaced were replaced with cheap genereic parts after being told they replaced them with geniune OEM parts

I would not recommend Smiths Motorsport to anyone who values honesty, accountability and professional service.
