SMG umhlanga poor service

Took our car in for a routine service today to SMG umhlanga. I work a full 8am - 4pm day and requested the service center attendant to please send a car to pick me up from work later in the day ,once my car had been serviced. I was told the latest pick up time was 2pm! I told the attendant that this would mean me leaving my office in the middle of the work day... They were completely unsympathetic to my concern and insisted that that was the latest their drivers would be able to pick me up.<br> I felt this was not reasonable and asked if employees at SMG would be allowed to leave their stations in the middle of their work day, to which the answer was NO! Suffice to say, I left without my car being serviced!<br> So disappointed by the service offered. I will never attempt to use them again.
