<p>In jan 2017 i purchased a vehicle. The deal was done telephonically. I was promised that my cost to dbn and 1 night hotel accommodation will be covered by the dealer. I was aslo informed telephonically that the vehicle had under 15000km. When i got to the dealership i was greeted by Ayanda who took me through the paper work. When signing the paper work i discovere that the figures discussed was higher than agreed. I asked Ayaynda about the tyres on the vehicle, she stated that it was brand new. When i saw the vehicle i asked again about the tyres to which she stated that it was brand new. I noticed that the milage was 22000km. She informed me that in order for the tyres to b replaced the milage had to b more the 20000km. I accepted the vehicle. As soon as i drove out then tyre notification came on. The ffg day i took the car to tiger wheel where i discoverd that there were plugs on the tyres and had 60 percent life. I took the vehicle back and cancelled the deal. After much interaction with Ayanda i was promised that i will still receive the costs i incurred for my travelling. To date the dealer principle nor Ayanada has contacted me for the refund or even an apology.</p>
