First and last time service at SMG BMW

<p>Firstly my experience on day 1 was pathetetic. I was promised a call back numerous times and no one called while car at service. BMW headoffice called and i explained the sistuation the next day. SMG Umhlanga called to get information to learn from their poor performance and yesterday, same thing again. They never available and indicate they will call back but never do. They confirmed that my car was washed and ready for collection, but when i collected it was dirty. I would expect them to atleast wash your car after they fix their mistakes. I will never recommend them to anyone, but then again i don't think they care. Enough business from Umhlanga. Very disappointing from a huge operation and your poor service delivery in time will tell...</p>
