Excellent service

I am extremely pleased with the service received by Hector. He is exemplary in his actions but yet a humble man. On Friday, when my car broke down and I was having difficulty in calling your service division, Hector then answered the phone. He calmed me down and reassured me my car was in good hands. On Monday, 23rd, Hector picked me up from work to fetch my vehicle and I accidentally left my access card in the car. EARLY Tuesday morning Hector calls me to tell me that he found my card. I asked him to leave it at reception but he insisted to drop it off. I am so impressed and grateful for his kindness. <br> <br> I also received excellent service from Nicki. Even though she was not involved with my vehicle this time, she still remembered me from my last visit and it is always a pleasure speaking to her.<br> <br> Thank you SMG Rocks for providing an excellent service via your efficient staff.
