BMW does not support smg , false advertising

<p>I have give my vehicle to smg Mt Edgecombe for repairs, they gave me a Toyota as a courtesy car , then I got stuck.this morning at 4 am and there was no one from smg that could assist. The vehicle was impounded and the guys at smg did not care. I spoke to the team leader and he said that he cannot assist because he only supports the brand and I asked him.isn't smg a brand . So every please be careful because as per the call centre for BMW smg does not have support from BMW south Africa. I'm sitting with no vehicle because of incompetence . I was stuck.in the side of the road and BMW south Africa said please phone Toyota to assist you. Well done Toyota you service BMW</p>
