SMERNO SERVICE SITUATED IN SOMERSET MALL SUCKS!!!

I had a very bad experience with SMERNO situated in Somerset Mall. Booked my phone on 16 March 2022 to get LCD replaced. Paid R3000 and was told it would take 3 days to fix and I needed my phone back urgently for work purposes. I first wanted to go directly to Samsung but was told it would take 7 to 10 days and I couldn't wait that long. Boy do I regret that decision now!!! It is 22 April 2022 and my phone not yet fixed. I got it back 5 days later from them and not 3 days like I was told, only to have the screen go completely black on me 2 days after receiving back from them. I took it back and then again got it back 5 days later with the same issue a few days later. At this point I was ****ed off!!! I asked for a refund and now its a whole back and forth. I would not recommend anyone make use of their service in my opinion. The service is disgusting and poor. Very unprofessional and below standard service! The owner Phillip is no use at all... Don't make use of them. Rather go the agents if you want your stuff done the right way. Trust me you'll save yourself a lot of stress...
