Smerno owes me money

Emails to Carlin Marthinus @ Kron Capital and to Kyle Botman @ Smerno are being ignored. Smerno owes me R1395 for monies I paid by mistake into their account during the months of June and July 2022. I have requested the contact details of the director or manager or whoever can assist me with this refund but I am not getting a response to my very many emails sent.
