Poor Service Smerno

Haven't had great service from Smerno at all. After sales follow through is poor with no urgency to getting anything rectified. No phone calls or follow ups to provide me with feedback as to why money was debited off my account when services were cancelled and no installation done. 1 email from the CEO with no explanation or feedback. Had my bank reverse the money taken off as I had to wait for a refund. Unfortunately a complimentary lunch and coffee wont make up for the lack of service I have received from the team.
