What a disappointment SMEG is

One would think with the type of money you spend on these product, that the value/quality is well represented by your investment, but I'm sad to say it is NOT.

Their gas stove/oven combinations on 3 nits I have had the displeasure of working with, is absolutely ridiculous!! Stove part works well, but if you are planning on doing any form of baking/grilling, ready yourself for endless frustration. The gas burners simply die at the slightest, and I mean, slightest hint of wind. I simply walk past the oven, and it dies. This has been the case with every on of the stoves I have had dealings with.

So if you are planning on "investing" in one of these units, bring closer your camping chair, shut every door and every window, as you will physically need to watch the burners just incase they die.

My advise to potential buyers are, simply stay away from the gas oven, it is ust not worth the frustration.
