Warranty Repair - Thank you!

<p>Bought a Smeg dishwasher in 2014 which has been the best machine for cleaning I have had - especially for pots which come out shining.</p> <p>Sunday morning I loaded dirty dishes and switched on, but heard a water squirting noise. Pulled the machine out to find the drain hose had split right by the casing.</p> <p>Checked my receipt from purchase and the warranty terms, and it is still within the 3 year warrant period.</p> <p>Monday morning I called Smeg and spoke to Jack, told him the problem and that the machine. He confirmed it was under warranty and would send the technician to repair it on Tuesday (today as of writing this).</p> <p>The machine has been repaired earlier today and running fine again - one load already finished.</p> <p> </p> <p>My thanks to Smeg for the outstanding service on this - you kept to your warranty and made the repair in very good time too!</p> <p>This really makes a positive impression and has made me even more brand loyal to Smeg.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
