Very bad service

I must say I am shocked after having to wait over 4 months for a repair on my Smeg oven, not due to any complexity or delay in ordering parts from Italy, but rather just extremely bad service It really feels like as soon as you spend the truck loads of money on buying their appliances you are left to sort yourself out if anything goes wrong...
