What fantastic after-sales customer service I received from Smeg South Africa.

I logged a ticket via email the Tuesday, I sent them my issue as well as proof of warranty, etc. A technician was dispatched the Wednesday morning at 8am sharp!! He sorted out my issue and everything was done and sorted within a day!

I really am impressed by the fast turnaround time on your tickets and I really hope that more people buy into your brand. For me its all about trusting a brand before I purchase it, knowing that if there are any issues after the purchase, will they be able to assist me within my warranty period??...Smeg has really proved that I can trust them and I will definitely not think twice before I purchase any of their products.
