The bad service continues

Filed a complaint. As usual there was a quick reply, with promises that the unit is definitely fixed this time. One week, same problem, reported it, again. Promises of loan units within 3 days followed by the usual no answer of phone calls.<br> <br> Does anyone have a direct number to Italy so I can report the way the SMEG name is being dragged through the mud in South Africa?
