The Appliance Doctor masquerading as SMEG

These guys are masquerading as SMEG when they are in fact an independent company called The Appliance Doctor. They came to my house under the disguise of SMEG and tried to get me to pay R5000 to fix a SMEG that is only 4 years old. When I declined they dropped the price to R2250. I told them I wanted to speak to the SMEG repair manager and that is when I found out they aren't offiliated with SMEG at all and after further research they are not authorised by SMEG either. They went ahead and repaired my fridge without my authorisation and we when got home we had to call security. He is now demanding payment but my fridge is still in pieces and he now claims to have put in used parts which I would never have approved. Don't use this guys they are *******ly using SMEGs name to to repair your appliances and then trying to rip you off.
