Terrible service by smeg

I am severely disappointed in your customer service especially for being such a sought after brand and known for your excellent service and product value.

I am emailing regarding my service request 558878 which was closed without a solution. I first called smeg to fix my dishwasher door ID 12326 (Image smeg 1), in which the technician adjusted the spring and concluded the fix.

A week later the door broke again (The dishwasher was still under warranty). The technician came and concluded that a new part is needed and that they would have to order it. I said okay and left it as such. I further concluded with the whatsapp service communication for the order in which, in which they stated 'they await change from smeg to order required' (whatsapp conversation 1)

My service order was then closed without further discussion with me (Smeg 2), in which I was then blatantly ignored on whatsapp by the service team (Whatsapp conversation 2). It concludes on the email that the customer was quoted for the part - I had no quote or solution issued to me.

I work most evenings, hence the long wait for me to send this email.

I expect that our dishwasher is fixed without additional cost as I contacted your team while the product was under warranty.
