Substandard Smeg washing machine

We purchased a Smeg washing machine from Hirschs 4 years ago under extended warranty. We had some issues. The most worrying is the tearing of clothes. Many technicians attended, some made lame excuses, and all provided no solution. The last technician indicated that he would report findings to Smeg management, and then revert. So far Smeg management have not responded to Hirschs or ourselves. This is disgusting behaviour!
