So great when you deal with excellent people

Last year November i dealt with Diane regarding a repair to our SMEG oven. Recently we were experiencing some additional problems with the unit and contacted Diane again. Diane responded promptly, had a technician booked to resolve the issue within 24 hours and then followed up 2 days post the repair. Great service is so often what differentiates companies from one another and it is so great to deal with someone who approaches their job with such efficiency and professionalism.
