SMEG very poor technical support/service

I have a dishwasher that has an ongoing problem since purchase: - door catching loose baseplate - revolving washer in base keeps falling off - Mid revolving washer catches bottom tray when pulling top tray out. These problems continue. SMEG have replaced the door hinges twice but still have not actually solved the root cause. Technician came AGAIN three weeks ago and they (2 of them) said they would submit a report. Have not heard a word since. This is the most awful situation and terrible service that SMEG delivers.
