SMEG Unreliable and Multiple Failures

Bought a SMEG Microwave/Oven combo for more than R20k. In less than 12 months, contracted repair man have come out 4 times and the unit still fails. Now I have to wait again for a diagnosis and a part. After spending all this money it feels worst than a second hand appliance. Surely it should be replaced after so many interventions. I paid for a new appliance and at R20k should be more reliable. Not once did I get a call from SMEG .
