Smeg Toaster

Purchase smeg toaster/ two slice x2 (cream & red) because of the brand reputation, regretting my decision now, toaster stop working on the once side and the cost to fix it is not worth it… expected more from this brand… very disappointed!! The right thing to do is for smeg to replace the toaster at no cost or give me a refund..
