Smeg The worse purchase you can ever make

After purchasing a smeg sink , oven, glass hob a year ago while renovating our home we finally moved in 1 months ago. The crystallised granite sink went blochy and was removed and replaced with a franke sink as smeg refused to help. The hob coughs and splutters from first use. Smeg technicians blamed the installers regulator. R850 rand later for a new regulator the problem persists. After another call out smeg now say the gas regulator control seals are faulty. They have no spares and say x italy. with no time frame given. What shocking back up from a so called premuim product. I will certainly never recommend anyone purchase any smeg products. Their quality and back up service leaves much to be desired.
