Smeg SOUTH AFRICA SUCKS!!!!

I saved up and bought a beautiful blue smeg kettle through Takealot. The kettle was used twice daily for 8 months, and then developed a large, unsightly bubble on the side. I returned it to Takealot. I waited 2 months, after being assured that the kettle would be replaced, only to have the faulty kettle returned. Revolting service. Not even a note or anything.
