SMEG South Africa faulty coffee machine number 2

I am now on my second bean to cup SMEG coffee machine. It seems the machine has a problem with de scaling function not ending. They have replaced one machine already but now the second machine has the same problem. Smeg now refuse to exchange the machine again whilst their technician admits this is a general factory fault. They want me to take back the faulty machine after 3 visits to Smeg South Africa in the Cape Town Waterfront. The manager wasn't even aware that my machine wad in the service center when he called me. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue at Smeg South Africa?
