My Smeg kettle is 3 years old, huge bubbles have developed. I phoned both Smeg SA and Smeg Durban and was told by two different people as kettle was under 4 years old I would get a replacement. Upon arrival at the Durban showroom was informed this was not the case at all. Apparently only a two year warranty. The lady in Durban was very unhelpful. Very bad customer service
