SMEG shattered inner oven glass

For a company that charges so much for their ****ty products one would at least hope for some better customer service. Still waiting for a quote (which will most likely be astronomical) on a inner glass replacement for our oven...which shuttered out of nowhere into a million pieces. Will never ever buy Smeg again. Not only are they taking forever to get beck to me, they can't even do the installation, now I need to pay, heaven knows who as well, just to put replace it. Frustrated and disappointed to say the least.
